Staff could be more responsive to identified of areas of possible improvements, i.e. identified in health and safety and cleanliness. More information given about prescribed medication.

Organise better so there is at least 1/2 free staff available.

Nurses were very good with me during a highly stressful situation. Both very approachable and friendly and spared a lot of time to sort the situation. Situation de-escalated just by talking and listening to me and working through my issues logically.

Male agency staff Nurse was very good. Went round every patient and introduced himself and asked about our needs. Very approachable and did his best to resolve issues.
